Il Menestrello is a melodrama giocoso in 3 acts by Raffaele Berninzone (1826-1904) set to music by Serafino Amedeo De Ferrari (1824-1885) and performed at the Teatro Andrea Doria in Genoa on 17 April 1859 starring the bass Alessandro Bottero in the main role of the minstrel Genariello.
